How do I create an account?

I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password.
How do I update my account information?
Log into your account and go to "Account Settings" or "Profile." You can update your name, email, phone number, and saved addresses there.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, please contact our customer service team and we'll assist you with account deletion. Note that this action cannot be undone.
How do I place an order?
Browse our products, select your desired items and sizes, add them to cart, then proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping details and payment information to complete your order.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't been processed yet, contact us immediately and we'll try to modify it. Once shipped, modifications are not possible.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS once your order ships. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the item received. We'll arrange for the correct item to be sent and provide a return label for the wrong item.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Pakistan.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Yes, absolutely. We use secure SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways to protect your payment information.
When will my payment be charged?
For online payments, your card is charged immediately upon order confirmation. For COD, payment is collected upon delivery.
Can I pay in installments?

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days for major cities and 7-14 business days for remote areas. Express delivery (1-3 days) is available at additional cost.

We deliver across Pakistan. Enter your postal code at checkout to confirm delivery availability and estimated time.
What are the delivery charges?
Standard delivery is PKR 200. Orders above PKR 5,000 qualify for free shipping. Express delivery charges vary by location.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, if your order hasn't shipped yet. Contact us immediately with your new address and order number.
What if I'm not home during delivery?
Our courier will attempt delivery 2-3 times. You can also coordinate with the courier directly using the tracking number to schedule a convenient time.

How do you protect my payment details?

Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), we cover shipping. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. It may take 3-5 additional days to reflect in your account.

Currently, we don't offer custom tailoring, but all our products are available in standard sizes from S to XXL.
